Sven Sylviano

Sven Sylviano is a well - known property developer, contractor, and property consultant in Bandung who built his career from the ground up, despite not coming from a real estate business family. His passion for the property and real estate industry began during his university years at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, graduating in 2004. From an early stage, he had a strong vision to succeed in property investment and development.

In 2009, while completing his thesis, Sven took a serious step toward his professional career by purchasing a real estate agent license under the brand Indoproperty Parahyangan, which later evolved into PROMEX Parahyangan until April 2018. Through this platform, he built his reputation as a premium property broker in Bandung, specializing in selling and leasing high-end residential and commercial properties, particularly in strategic areas such as Jalan Riau and its surroundings.

Starting in 2011, Sven expanded his role beyond brokerage and became actively involved as a property investor in Bandung, participating in housing and shophouse development projects. This experience allowed him to understand the property market from both the marketing and development perspectives, enabling him to identify investment opportunities with strategic precision.

In 2013, Sven broadened his expertise by self-learning construction and property development. He began with building his own private residence, which later led to various construction and renovation projects, including luxury houses, shophouses, clinics, barbershops, warehouses, and factories across Bandung. To date, he has successfully completed more than 20 notable property projects, strengthening his position as a trusted contractor and developer in Bandung.

Sven’s professional reputation has also been recognized nationally. He has been invited as a speaker by Rumah123.com, featured in Property & Bank Magazine (July 2014), contributed articles to Propertykita.com, and provided expert insights to Property and The City Magazine in 2020. These recognitions highlight his credibility as an experienced property consultant who understands Indonesia’s evolving real estate trends.

Beyond his business activities, Sven has played an active role in professional organizations. Since 2009, he has served as a board member of AREBI (Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association). In 2017, he was elected as Chairman of the Regional Board of AREBI Jawa Barat for the 2017–2021 term, further strengthening his professional network, regulatory insight, and commitment to ethical standards within the property industry.

Leveraging his extensive experience as a broker, investor, contractor, and developer, Sven established his independent brand, BILD, in April 2018. BILD provides integrated services ranging from property consultancy and construction services to property development and investment strategy. Through this brand, Sven not only builds physical projects but also develops sustainable business systems while sharing his knowledge to inspire and empower young entrepreneurs entering the property and real estate industry.
